We headed over to the Yak and Yeti, we were a little early, but they had a table for us. Tim was trying to get warm and a tall beer was just what he thought might help... haha
And I opted for the Emperor Margarita (w/gran marnier - yum)

and I believe Tyler was rocking some Lemonade

Ty waving furiously! Precious!
We had to say... "hey, lets go back so we can go swimming... "
and he was game, so we headed back to the resort.
We ran into a couple critters...
Here is the mischievous Meeko and Tyler
When we got back to the resort, it was pretty warm, in the low 80s, enough to go swimming, so we suited up and off we went. The guitar pools heater was not working, so we went to the piano pool. Tyler had a blast. He learned how to swim :) With a life vest of course, but without me holding him. He was so very proud of the fact that we didn't have to hold onto him. His little hands were paddling like crazy, feet kicking, it was precious. We had races. We decided to get out and dry off and rest for a bit. Magic Kingdom had extra magic hours, so we thought it would be cool to head over there, see the fireworks, ride some rides :)
So off we were... we got there just in time for the Main Street Electric Parade. I loved this as a child and I love that they still do it. Its just beautiful.
The fireworks were about to start.... but noticed that the line for Buzz Lightyear was well... light. haha, So we got on. I don't remember our scores, but Tim rode in a separate car from Ty and I and I noticed he was pretty serious about scoring some points. I think we'll give him this one. haha
When we got out, the fireworks were underway, but there was a slight drizzle. We watched for a moment and Ty wanted to drive the cars... So Tim took him on that while I went on Space Mountain... It was a LOT faster than I remember. haha

After we met back up, We went on Stitch's Great Escape... It was a bit scary, but Ty handled it. haha
Ty played in the Winnie the Pooh playground and then it was time for the Teacups!
Then we rode the carousel.... This was the first time Tyler rode on the horse without me holding onto him. He was so brave, I was a nervous wreck. I think I kept my hand on him. haha

We had a severe case of the red eye, so I antiqued the color... nothing I can do about that miserable look I got going on... believe me, I was not at all. haha Just one of those rare paparazzi captures. I am not used to getting my picture taken anymore...

Just imagine Walt Disney looking down from Heaven... it must feel amazing to make that many people, from all over the world feels so much happiness and joy! I am truly grateful for Mr. Walt Disney!!!
We got in like for the monorail and I noticed the Electric Water Parade... It just happened to be playing "God Bless America" This song is pretty special in my family. Whenever a family party ended, my Mom-mom would lead everyone in song to... "God Bless America"... I felt her with me. It was such a special moment for me.
Next up...
Ohana, Swimming... Hollywood Studios, Power Rangers... Whispering Canyon...
